Comparison review
Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has a score of 76.5, which is slightly better than LG G5's score of 76.1. Huawei P20 Lite (2019) is a noticeably newer phone than the LG G5, although it is somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier. Both phones we compare here come with Android operating system, but the Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo, so it provides you a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance.
