Galaxy Note10 is much better than the Huawei P20 Lite (2019), getting an 89 score against 76.5. Galaxy Note10 is a a little bit lighter and just a little thinner phone than the Huawei P20 Lite (2019), even though they were released only 1 months apart. The Galaxy Note10 has a little bit better screen than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because although it has a little smaller display and a little bit lower 1080 x 2280px resolution, it also counts with a just a bit higher display pixel density.
