The Xperia 5 III is much better than the Huawei P20 Lite (2019), having a 90.5 score against 76.5. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 5 III has older 11 version while Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has Android 9.0 Pie. The Xperia 5 III is a newer cellphone, and it's also just a bit lighter and a bit thinner than the Huawei P20 Lite (2019).
