The Apple iPhone 8 Plus is much better than the Huawei P20 Lite, getting a overall score of 87.1 against 75.4. Even being the best in this comparison review, it must be told that it is also noticeably heavier and a bit thicker. IPhone 8 Plus counts with a bit superior CPU than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has less cores and lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU.
Apple iPhone 8 Plus counts with a bit sharper screen than Huawei P20 Lite, although it has a little worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, a just a bit worse pixel density and a bit smaller display. IPhone 8 Plus has much more memory capacity for applications and games than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.
The Huawei P20 Lite counts with just a bit better battery life than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity. IPhone 8 Plus counts with a superior camera than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has a much less MP resolution camera, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture to capture better images in low-light environments and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
Although iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than Huawei P20 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei P20 Lite. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Huawei P20 Lite, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
