The Google Pixel is a bit better than Huawei P20 Lite, having an 80.2 score against 75.4. Google Pixel's design is just a bit lighter than the Huawei P20 Lite, but it's thicker and was released a bit more further than a year before. Huawei P20 Lite has a bit superior CPU than Google Pixel, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Huawei P20 Lite also has more CPU cores.
Google Pixel features a display that is very similar to Huawei P20 Lite's screen, because although the Google Pixel has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little better display density. Google Pixel counts with a little bit better camera than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has a lot lower resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture and a much better 3840x2160 video quality.
The Huawei P20 Lite features a slightly better memory to install games and applications than Google Pixel, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 256 GB. Huawei P20 Lite counts with just a bit better battery duration than Google Pixel, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Google Pixel is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Huawei P20 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei P20 Lite. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Huawei P20 Lite, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
