Comparison review
Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a little bit better than Huawei P20 Lite, getting an 82.9 score against 75.4. Despite being the best cellphone we compare here, it must be told that it's also a notably heavier and thicker cellphone. Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a little sharper display than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a higher 1440 x 3120 resolution, a little larger display and a just a little more pixels per display inch.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a bit more powerful processor than Huawei P20 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has more RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a greater camera than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a way higher video resolution, a bigger camera aperture for better captures and video in low light environments and a much more megapixels back facing camera.
The Huawei P20 Lite features slightly more storage for apps and games than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 256 GB. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a much longer battery performance than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Although Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Huawei P20 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei P20 Lite. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Huawei P20 Lite, letting go some specs and features.
