Huawei P20 Lite counts with a bit superior battery lifetime than Moto Z2 Force Edition, because it has a 10% more battery size.
Although Moto Z2 Force Edition is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei P20 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei P20 Lite. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Moto Z2 Force Edition, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Huawei P20 Lite, giving up some specs and features.
