Comparison review
The OnePlus 9 has a general score of 76, which is just a bit better than the Huawei P20 Lite's 75.4 global score. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but OnePlus 9 has an older 11 version and Huawei P20 Lite has Android 8.0 Oreo. OnePlus 9's design is much newer, but thicker and notably heavier than Huawei P20 Lite.
The OnePlus 9 has a bit faster processing unit than Huawei P20 Lite, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the OnePlus 9 also has a larger amount of RAM. The Huawei P20 Lite and the OnePlus 9 have similar displays, because although the OnePlus 9 has a just a little lower display density, it also counts with a bit bigger display and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
The Huawei P20 Lite has a bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than OnePlus 9, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 256 GB. The OnePlus 9 takes way better pictures and videos than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a way higher 7680x4320 video quality, a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution and a larger aperture.
OnePlus 9 has a really longer battery lifetime than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a 50% greater battery capacity.
Although OnePlus 9 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Huawei P20 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei P20 Lite. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy OnePlus 9, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Huawei P20 Lite, giving up a couple features and specifications.
