The Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) has a global score of 79.2, which is slightly better than Huawei P20 Lite's general score of 75.4. Although Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) is a better device than Huawei P20 Lite, we must tell that it's also heavier and somewhat thicker. The Huawei P20 Lite counts with a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018). Both have 4 GB of RAM and a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Galaxy A8 (2018) features a bit sharper screen than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2220 and a little smaller display, it also counts with a little better amount of pixels per inch of display. Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) features as much memory for games and applications as the Huawei P20 Lite one, both have the same internal storage and an external memory slot that supports up to 256 GB.
