The Galaxy J7 Max is slightly better than the Huawei P20 Lite, with a 76.1 score against 75.4. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but the Galaxy J7 Max has 7.0 Nougat version while Huawei P20 Lite has Android 8.0 Oreo. Even being the best cellphone we are comparing, Galaxy J7 Max's design is older, heavier and a bit thicker than the Huawei P20 Lite.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max's CPU is very similar to Huawei P20 Lite's processing unit, both of them have 8 cpu cores and 4 GB of RAM. The Huawei P20 Lite counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy J7 Max, because it has a bit larger screen, a bit higher 1080 x 2280 pixels resolution and a little bit higher pixels quantity in each display inch.
The Huawei P20 Lite features a superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy J7 Max, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 256 GB, the Huawei P20 Lite also has 64 GB internal memory. The Huawei P20 Lite features just a bit better camera than Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a way tinier aperture, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Huawei P20 Lite also counts with a better resolution back camera.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max features just a little better battery life than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
