Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition has an overall score of 80.4, which is just a bit better than Huawei P20 Lite's overall score of 75.4. The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a somewhat heavier and a bit thicker cellphone than Huawei P20 Lite. The Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a little more vivid screen than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a little higher screen pixels density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.
The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with as much storage for games and applications as the Huawei P20 Lite one, they have equal 64 GB internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 256 GB. Huawei P20 Lite and Galaxy Note Fan Edition both count with similar processors, they have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.
Galaxy Note Fan Edition has a bit superior battery duration than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a 3200mAh battery size. The Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition captures a little bit better videos and photos than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has a back-facing camera with a lot lower 12 mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a lot bigger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light photos.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Huawei P20 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei P20 Lite. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Huawei P20 Lite, letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
