Galaxy Note10 has a general score of 89, which is much better than Huawei P20 Lite's 75.4 overall score. The Galaxy Note10 construction is newer, but just a bit thicker and heavier than Huawei P20 Lite. The Galaxy Note10 has just a little better processing power than Huawei P20 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy Note10 also has a higher amount of RAM.
Huawei P20 Lite features a bit sharper screen than Galaxy Note10, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2280, the Huawei P20 Lite also counts with a little better quantity of pixels in each inch in the display. Samsung Galaxy Note10 captures better pictures and videos than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has a back camera with way less megapixels, it also counts with a lot bigger aperture and a lot higher video quality.
The Samsung Galaxy Note10 features a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy Note10 counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a 3500mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Huawei P20 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Huawei P20 Lite. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Huawei P20 Lite, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
