Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is way better than Huawei P20 Lite's 75.4 global score. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a newer phone than the Huawei P20 Lite, although it is somewhat thicker and much heavier. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has older 13 version while Huawei P20 Lite has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a little sharper screen than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3200, a larger display and a just a bit higher pixels count per inch of display. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit better processing power than Huawei P20 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has more RAM.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a much better memory to store more games and applications than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has 64 GB more internal storage and a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a greater camera than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a much higher 7680x4320 video quality, a lot better 108 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and a larger diafragm aperture for better images and video in poorly lited situations.
