The Galaxy S22 Ultra has a global score of 95.4, which is way better than the Huawei P20 Lite's global score of 75.4. Galaxy S22 Ultra's design is much newer than Huawei P20 Lite's, although it is thicker and a lot heavier. These devices have Android OS, but Galaxy S22 Ultra has the older 13 version while Huawei P20 Lite has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra has a bit superior processing unit than Huawei P20 Lite, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S22 Ultra also has 4 GB more RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has a much sharper screen than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a bigger display, a better resolution of 1440 x 3088 and a just a little greater screen density.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra shoots a lot better pictures and videos than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a lot better 108 mega-pixels resolution back camera, a lot better video definition and a larger camera aperture for better photography and video in low-light situations. Huawei P20 Lite features just a bit more storage for games and applications than Galaxy S22 Ultra, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds up to 256 GB.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra counts with a really longer battery life than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Huawei P20 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei P20 Lite. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Huawei P20 Lite, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
