Galaxy S25 is slightly better than the Huawei P20 Lite, with a global score of 82.6 against 75.4. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S25 has older 14 version and Huawei P20 Lite has Android 8.0 Oreo. Galaxy S25's construction is a lot lighter and extremely thinner than Huawei P20 Lite.
The Huawei P20 Lite has a way better processing power than Galaxy S25, although it has 4 GB less RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Samsung Galaxy S25 has a brighter display than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has a just a bit worse number of pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a little bit larger display and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels.

Although Galaxy S25 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Huawei P20 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei P20 Lite. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Huawei P20 Lite, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
