Comparison review
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is better than Huawei P20 Lite, with an 84.4 score against 75.4. Both phones in this review have Android OS, but the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has the older 14 version while Huawei P20 Lite has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra body is newer, but way heavier and somewhat thicker than Huawei P20 Lite.
The Huawei P20 Lite features a much powerful CPU than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, although it has 8 GB less RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Xiaomi 14 Ultra counts with a much sharper screen than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a better 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution, a little bit higher pixel density and a larger screen.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra takes a lot better photographs and videos than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a much bigger camera aperture, a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a much longer battery performance than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
