Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX has a global score of 76.2, which is just a bit better than the Huawei P20 Lite's 75.4 score. Both phones we compare here work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi MIX has 6.0 Marshmallow version and Huawei P20 Lite has Android 8.0 Oreo. Even though the Xiaomi Mi MIX is a better phone than the Huawei P20 Lite, it must be told that it is also an older, much heavier and just a little bit thicker phone.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX features a little more vivid screen than Huawei P20 Lite, because although it has a little bit worse 1080 x 2040px resolution and a little bit worse number of pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a little bit larger display. The Huawei P20 Lite features a bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi MIX, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Huawei P20 Lite also has 4 more cores.
Huawei P20 Lite has slightly more memory to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi MIX, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 256 GB. Xiaomi Mi MIX features a much longer battery duration than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a 4400mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX counts with a slightly better camera than Huawei P20 Lite, and although they both have the same resolution camera, the Xiaomi Mi MIX also has a bigger aperture to capture better low light captures and videos and a much higher (4K) video definition.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei P20 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei P20 Lite. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Huawei P20 Lite, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
