Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has an overall score of 81.1, which is slightly better than the Huawei P20 Lite's 75.4 general score. Both devices in this review have Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has the previous 10 version while Huawei P20 Lite has Android 8.0 Oreo version. Even though Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is newer than the Huawei P20 Lite, it's thicker and heavier.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei P20 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM. The Huawei P20 Lite counts with a bit better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater screen pixel density.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a lot better camera than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has a larger diafragm aperture, a lot higher 64 MP resolution back-facing camera and a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a slightly bigger memory for apps and games than Huawei P20 Lite, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 512 GB.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a way better battery duration than Huawei P20 Lite, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro costs a lot more money than Huawei P20 Lite, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
