Comparison review
The Apple iPhone 8 Plus has an overall score of 87.1, which is a bit better than the Huawei P20 Pro's 81.4 global score. Even though the Apple iPhone 8 Plus and Huawei P20 Pro were released only a couple months apart, the Apple iPhone 8 Plus construction is a bit thinner but heavier. IPhone 8 Plus has a little sharper screen than Huawei P20 Pro, although it has a little bit less pixels per screen inch, a quite lower 1080 x 1920px resolution and a little bit smaller display.
Apple iPhone 8 Plus counts with a much greater memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has more internal storage capacity. The iPhone 8 Plus has a bit superior CPU than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has lesser RAM memory and 2 lesser cpu cores , it also counts with a 64 bits CPU.
The Huawei P20 Pro captures much better pictures and videos than Apple iPhone 8 Plus, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rates, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Huawei P20 Pro also counts with a lot higher resolution back-facing camera and a way bigger camera sensor taking much better quality photos.
The Huawei P20 Pro features a way better battery duration than iPhone 8 Plus, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
Although iPhone 8 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more than Huawei P20 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei P20 Pro. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Huawei P20 Pro, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
