Comparison review
Huawei P20 Pro is a bit better than the Google Pixel 3a XL, getting an 81.4 score against 78.9. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P20 Pro has an older 10 version and Google Pixel 3a XL has Android 11. Huawei P20 Pro is an older and a little bit heavier cellphone than Google Pixel 3a XL, but Huawei could make it a little bit thinner anyway.
Huawei P20 Pro has a little more vivid display than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has a bit higher display pixel density, a little bit larger display and a bit higher 1080 x 2240px resolution. The Huawei P20 Pro features a much greater memory capacity for applications and games than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has 128 GB internal storage.
Huawei P20 Pro has a bit more powerful processor than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Huawei P20 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Huawei P20 Pro takes much clearer pictures and videos than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a lot more megapixels camera in the back and a much bigger camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photos.
The Huawei P20 Pro has just a little better battery lifetime than Google Pixel 3a XL, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei P20 Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Google Pixel 3a XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel 3a XL. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Google Pixel 3a XL, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
