Comparison review
The Google Pixel 4a 5G has a general score of 87.5, which is slightly better than Huawei P20 Pro's overall score of 81.4. Both phones in this comparison include Android OS, but the Google Pixel 4a 5G has newer 11 version and Huawei P20 Pro has Android 10 version, so it gives some extra features and enhanced performance. Google Pixel 4a 5G is a a lot newer and just a little bit lighter device than the Huawei P20 Pro, although it's a little thicker.
Google Pixel 4a 5G's processor is just as good as the processing unit in Huawei P20 Pro, both of them have 8 cores and a 6 GB RAM memory. Google Pixel 4a 5G features a bit more vivid display than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a slightly better 1080 x 2340 resolution, a bit higher pixels count per display inch and a bit bigger screen.
The Google Pixel 4a 5G's storage for apps and games is just as good as the Huawei P20 Pro one, both of them have equal internal memory capacity. The Huawei P20 Pro features a little longer battery performance than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because it has a 4000mAh battery size. Huawei P20 Pro captures much clearer pictures and videos than Google Pixel 4a 5G, because although it has slower 30 frames per second video frame rates and a smaller aperture which is not good for capturing photos and video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei P20 Pro also counts with a camera in the back with a way better 40 mega-pixels resolution and a much bigger camera sensor taking lot better quality videos and pictures.
The Google Pixel 4a 5G costs a lot more than Huawei P20 Pro, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
