The Huawei P20 Pro is just a bit better than the Huawei Mate 20 lite, with an 81.4 score against 76.2. Despite being the best in our current comparison, we must note that it is also a a bit heavier and a bit thicker phone. Both phones we are comparing here include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P20 Pro has an older 10 version and Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
Huawei P20 Pro features a bit more powerful processing unit than Huawei Mate 20 lite, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P20 Pro also has more RAM. The Huawei P20 Pro and the Huawei Mate 20 lite both count with extremely similar screens, although the Huawei Mate 20 lite also has a quite larger screen, a little better screen density and a bit higher 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution.
Huawei Mate 20 lite features a bigger storage for games and applications than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 512 GB. Huawei P20 Pro shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Huawei Mate 20 lite, and although they both have a same size aperture, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a lot higher resolution camera.
Huawei P20 Pro has a little better battery lifetime than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because it has a 7 percent greater battery capacity.
