Comparison review

The LG V30S ThinQ is slightly better than Huawei P20 Pro, getting a overall score of 82.5 against 81.4. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the LG V30S ThinQ has 8.0 Oreo version and Huawei P20 Pro has Android 10. The LG V30S ThinQ body is a little thinner and somewhat lighter than the Huawei P20 Pro, although both of them were released only a couple months apart.

LG V30S ThinQ features a little bit better looking screen than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher count of pixels per inch in the screen and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels. LG V30S ThinQ has a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory, the LG V30S ThinQ also has an external memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.

The LG V30S ThinQ has a little better performance than Huawei P20 Pro. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and 6 GB of RAM memory. Huawei P20 Pro has a much better camera than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for capturing pictures in low-light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Huawei P20 Pro also counts with a back camera with a much better resolution and a way larger sensor which provides a much higher image and video quality.

The Huawei P20 Pro counts with superior battery life than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Huawei P20 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei P20 Pro. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy the Huawei P20 Pro, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
