Huawei P20 Pro has a general score of 81.4, which is a bit better than Microsoft Surface Duo's global score of 78.8. These devices use the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that. Although Huawei P20 Pro is notably older and noticeably thicker than the Microsoft Surface Duo, it's body is still much lighter.
The Microsoft Surface Duo counts with a little more vivid display than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a just a little lower pixel quantity per inch in the display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1800 x 2700px and a lot bigger screen. Microsoft Surface Duo has as much memory capacity for games and applications as the Huawei P20 Pro one, both have the same internal memory.
The Microsoft Surface Duo features a bit superior CPU than Huawei P20 Pro. They have the same number of cores and 6 GB of RAM memory. The Huawei P20 Pro shoots greater pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has slower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Huawei P20 Pro also counts with a way more megapixels camera and a larger aperture for better captures in poorly lited situations.
