Comparison review
Motorola Edge 20 is just a bit better than Huawei P20 Pro, getting an 86.1 score against 81.4. Motorola Edge 20's construction is noticeably newer, a bit lighter and just a bit thinner than the Huawei P20 Pro. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 20 has a more recent 11 version and Huawei P20 Pro has Android 10.
Huawei P20 Pro and Motorola Edge 20 have incredibly similar displays, because although the Motorola Edge 20 has a just a bit worse pixels count per display inch, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a quite bigger display. Motorola Edge 20 counts with as much storage capacity to store more apps and games as the Huawei P20 Pro one, both of them have exactly the same internal storage.
Motorola Edge 20 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Motorola Edge 20 also has more RAM memory. The Motorola Edge 20 counts with just a bit better camera than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low light images and videos, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Edge 20 also counts with a lot better 108 MP resolution camera.
Motorola Edge 20 and Huawei P20 Pro both count with quite similar battery durations.
