Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A71 is a bit better than Huawei P20 Pro, with an 87.5 score against 81.4. The Samsung Galaxy A71 is a newer cellphone, and it's also just a bit lighter and a bit thinner than the Huawei P20 Pro. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy A71 has newer 11 version and Huawei P20 Pro has Android 10, so it offers some nice extra features.
Huawei P20 Pro has a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy A71. Both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core CPU. Huawei P20 Pro counts with a little sharper screen than Galaxy A71, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a quite lower 1080 x 2240 resolution, it also counts with a quite greater quantity of pixels per inch in the screen.
The Galaxy A71 captures a bit better videos and photos than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the Galaxy A71 also has a much better 64 MP resolution camera in the back and a larger back-facing camera sensor taking higher quality videos and pictures.
The Galaxy A71 has a superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Galaxy A71 also has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy A71 has just a little better battery duration than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
The Galaxy A71 is more expensive than the Huawei P20 Pro, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
