Comparison review
The Huawei P20 Pro is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy J8, having a general score of 81.4 against 76.7. These phones come with the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so both of them should offer all the same operating system features. Although Huawei P20 Pro and Samsung Galaxy J8 were only released 3 months apart, Huawei P20 Pro's design is just a bit heavier but just a little thinner than Samsung Galaxy J8.
Huawei P20 Pro features a bit better processor than Galaxy J8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P20 Pro also has more RAM. The Huawei P20 Pro counts with a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy J8, because it has a little bigger display, a much better resolution of 1080 x 2240 pixels and a better pixels density.
Huawei P20 Pro shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy J8, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low light photography and videos, it also counts with a much better video quality, a lot larger camera sensor taking much higher quality photos and a way more megapixels camera.
The Galaxy J8 counts with slightly more storage capacity to install applications and games than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds up to 256 GB. Huawei P20 Pro counts with just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy J8, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.
