Huawei P20 Pro has a score of 81.4, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Note 3's overall score of 81.2. Huawei P20 Pro's design is incredibly newer and a bit thinner than the Galaxy Note 3's, but it is also just a little bit heavier. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P20 Pro has a newer 10 version while Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0, providing the user some additional features.
Galaxy Note 3 features a bit better display than Huawei P20 Pro, although it has a bit smaller screen, a quite lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a little bit lower pixels quantity per display inch. Huawei P20 Pro counts with a bit more memory for applications and games than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The Huawei P20 Pro features a little faster CPU than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and faster) and 3 GB more RAM. Huawei P20 Pro has a much better camera than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a way higher resolution camera in the back, a much bigger back camera sensor taking way better quality photos and a larger aperture to capture better photography and video in low-light situations.
The Huawei P20 Pro features better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 3, because it has a 25 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Huawei P20 Pro is a better device, it is more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Samsung Galaxy Note 3. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
