Galaxy S25 Ultra has a general score of 90.7, which is better than the Huawei P20 Pro's 81.4 score. These phones come with Android OS, but Galaxy S25 Ultra has newer 14 version and Huawei P20 Pro has Android 10, so it provides you some nice extra features. Galaxy S25 Ultra is a much lighter and notably thinner cellphone than the Huawei P20 Pro.
