Comparison review
The Huawei P20 Pro has an overall score of 81.4, which is slightly better than Galaxy S4's overall score of 79. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P20 Pro has newer 10 version while Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4, giving you a couple additional features. Huawei P20 Pro's design has the same thickness than the Galaxy S4, but it is much heavier.
Galaxy S4 counts with a brighter display than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit greater pixels density. Huawei P20 Pro has just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Huawei P20 Pro takes much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a bigger aperture, a much bigger camera sensor providing a way higher image quality, a way higher (4K) video definition and a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera. Huawei P20 Pro features a little bit more storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S4, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Huawei P20 Pro has a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S4, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 2600mAh.
Although Huawei P20 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Galaxy S4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S4. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Galaxy S4, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
