Huawei P20 Pro has an overall score of 81.4, which is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S7's global score of 79.5. The Huawei P20 Pro body has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy S7, but it's heavier. Samsung Galaxy S7 has a brighter screen than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher screen density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560.
Huawei P20 Pro features a quite bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S7, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Huawei P20 Pro has a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has a larger number of cores and 2 GB more RAM memory.
Huawei P20 Pro has improved battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3000mAh. The Huawei P20 Pro shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same video definition, the Huawei P20 Pro also counts with a lot better resolution camera and a way larger sensor which offers a much higher photo and video quality.
Although Huawei P20 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy S7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S7. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Huawei P20 Pro, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy S7, resigning some specs and features.
