Huawei P20 Pro is a bit better than the Xiaomi 12 Pro, getting a general score of 81.4 against 79.6. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P20 Pro has older 10 version while Xiaomi 12 Pro has Android 12. Although Huawei P20 Pro is extremely older than Xiaomi 12 Pro, it's design is just a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter.
The Huawei P20 Pro features a much more powerful CPU than Xiaomi 12 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 processing cores. Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with a more vivid screen than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a bit bigger screen, a better amount of pixels per screen inch and a better 1440 x 3200 resolution.

Xiaomi 12 Pro counts with just a little bit longer battery performance than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has 4600mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
