Huawei P20 Pro has a global score of 81.4, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max's 77.5 general score. The Huawei P20 Pro body is newer and lighter, but also a little bit thicker than Xiaomi Mi Max. Huawei P20 Pro has a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher pixel number in each screen inch and a bit higher 1080 x 2240 resolution.
Huawei P20 Pro features a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Huawei P20 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Huawei P20 Pro counts with a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Huawei P20 Pro also has a larger aperture to take better low light images and video and a way more megapixels back camera.
Xiaomi Mi Max features a much better storage for games and applications than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Xiaomi Mi Max also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB.
