Comparison review
The Huawei P40 has a score of 86.4, which is better than the Huawei P30 Lite's 77 general score. Huawei P40's body is newer, but a little heavier and thicker than the Huawei P30 Lite. Both phones in this review come with Android operating system, but the Huawei P40 has 10 version and Huawei P30 Lite has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Huawei P40 counts with a bit better processing power than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P40 also has a greater amount of RAM. The Huawei P40 has a slightly better screen than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2340px resolution and a little bit higher display density.
The Huawei P30 Lite features a much greater memory to store more games and applications than Huawei P40, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Huawei P30 Lite also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 512 GB. Huawei P40 features a way better camera than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low-light captures and video, it also counts with a lot more mega pixels camera in the back, a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a much bigger back-facing camera sensor taking way better quality videos and photos.
Huawei P40 features a bit superior battery duration than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity.
Even being the best phone of the ones we compare here, Huawei P40 is also a bargain compared to the other ones.
