The Motorola Edge 40 has an overall score of 77.2, which is just a bit better than the Huawei P30 Lite's 77 general score. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Motorola Edge 40 has the previous 13 version while Huawei P30 Lite has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Motorola Edge 40 body is notably newer, but just a little heavier and just a little thicker than the Huawei P30 Lite.
Motorola Edge 40 features a bit more vivid screen than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a little bit inferior pixels count per inch of display, it also counts with a little higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little larger screen. Huawei P30 Lite has much more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the Huawei P30 Lite also has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 512 GB. The Motorola Edge 40 counts with improved battery lifetime than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has 4400mAh of battery capacity instead of 3340mAh.
