Although the Motorola Edge 40 Pro is newer than the Huawei P30 Lite, it's much heavier and somewhat thicker.
Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with a bit more vivid display than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a little less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a quite better 1080 x 2400px resolution and a little bit larger screen. Huawei P30 Lite counts with a much better performing processing unit than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, although it has 8 GB less RAM memory, they both have 8 cpu cores.
Huawei P30 Lite counts with a little bit better storage capacity to install games and applications than Motorola Edge 40 Pro, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 512 GB. Motorola Edge 40 Pro counts with a much better camera than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Motorola Edge 40 Pro also has a much higher video quality, a back-facing camera with a much better 50 mega-pixels resolution and a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
