Huawei P30 Lite has a general score of 77, which is a bit better than the Motorola Moto G7 Plus's general score of 76.1. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS, but Huawei P30 Lite has newer 9.0 Pie version and Motorola Moto G7 Plus has Android 10 version. Although the Huawei P30 Lite and Motorola Moto G7 Plus were only released with a couple of months difference, the Huawei P30 Lite is a little lighter and thinner.
The Huawei P30 Lite features a little bit better performance than Moto G7 Plus. They have 8 cpu cores and 4 GB of RAM memory. The Huawei P30 Lite features a bit better looking screen than Moto G7 Plus, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Huawei P30 Lite also has a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2312 pixels and a bit better pixel density.
The Huawei P30 Lite counts with a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Moto G7 Plus, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB, the Huawei P30 Lite also has more internal memory. Huawei P30 Lite has a little longer battery performance than Moto G7 Plus, because it has a 3340mAh battery size.
The Motorola Moto G7 Plus counts with a better camera than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a way tinier camera sensor and a back camera with a much worse 16 megapixels resolution, it also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photos and videos and a way better video resolution.
