Samsung Galaxy M21 is a bit better than the Huawei P30 Lite, with an 84.1 score against 77. Both of these phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy M21 has the older 11 version while Huawei P30 Lite has Android 9.0 Pie.
