Galaxy M51 has a global score of 87.7, which is much better than Huawei P30 Lite's 77 score. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M51 has the previous 10 version while Huawei P30 Lite has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Galaxy M51 construction is newer than Huawei P30 Lite's, although it is way thicker and a lot heavier.
Huawei P30 Lite has a bit better display than Galaxy M51, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2312px, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the display. Galaxy M51 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy M51 also has more RAM.
Samsung Galaxy M51's storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos is just as good as the Huawei P30 Lite one, both have an external memory card slot that admits up to 512 GB and the same 128 GB internal memory. Samsung Galaxy M51 shoots much better photos and videos than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Samsung Galaxy M51 also has a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a larger back-facing camera sensor which provides a better photo and video quality and a way higher 64 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
The Galaxy M51 features a really longer battery lifetime than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has a 110 percent larger battery capacity.
