Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than the Huawei P30 Lite, having a general score of 98.9 against 77. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version while Huawei P30 Lite has Android 9.0 Pie. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's construction is newer, but just a bit thicker and much heavier than the Huawei P30 Lite.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has just a bit better performance than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a little sharper screen than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has a quite bigger screen, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels and a little better pixels count in each screen inch.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra takes greater pictures and videos than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has a back camera with a way higher resolution, a much higher video resolution and a way larger back camera sensor providing a much better image quality.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features just a bit more storage to install applications and games than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has an external SD slot that admits up to 1000 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has superior battery lifetime than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra costs a lot more than the Huawei P30 Lite, but you can get a much better phone for that few more dollars.
