The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is better than the Huawei P30 Lite, having an 86.6 score against 77. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 captures a lot better photographs and videos than Huawei P30 Lite, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and photographs, a lot higher (4K) video quality and a way better resolution camera in the back.
The Huawei P30 Lite has much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Huawei P30 Lite also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a superior battery lifetime than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has 4720mAh of battery capacity.
