Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy M51 is a bit better than Huawei P30 Pro New Edition, getting a overall score of 87.7 against 85.9. Even being the best cellphone in this review, the Samsung Galaxy M51 is a somewhat thicker and a little heavier cellphone than the Huawei P30 Pro New Edition. Both phones in this review work with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System).
Huawei P30 Pro New Edition has a little faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy M51, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei P30 Pro New Edition also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Huawei P30 Pro New Edition features just a bit better looking display than Galaxy M51, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, the Huawei P30 Pro New Edition also counts with a just a bit better display density.
Galaxy M51 has a little bit better camera than Huawei P30 Pro New Edition, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low light photos and videos and a smaller camera sensor shooting worse quality pictures, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Galaxy M51 also counts with a back camera with a much better resolution.
Galaxy M51 features a little bit more storage to store more games and applications than Huawei P30 Pro New Edition, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy M51 features a superior battery performance than Huawei P30 Pro New Edition, because it has 7000mAh of battery capacity against 4200mAh.
