Comparison review
Huawei Mate 30 has a score of 84, which is just a bit better than the Huawei P30 Pro's 82.1 score. Huawei Mate 30's construction has the same thickness than the Huawei P30 Pro, but it's a little heavier. Huawei Mate 30 and Huawei P30 Pro feature similar displays, because although the Huawei Mate 30 has a quite inferior number of pixels per display inch, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a bit larger screen.
Huawei Mate 30's storage capacity for apps and games is very similar to the Huawei P30 Pro one, they have equal 128 GB internal memory. Huawei Mate 30 has a bit more powerful CPU than Huawei P30 Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate 30 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Huawei Mate 30 captures clearer videos and photos than Huawei P30 Pro, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low-light images and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a 40 MP camera in the back, the Huawei Mate 30 also counts with better 60 fps video frame rate and a larger back camera sensor capturing higher quality photographs and videos.
The Huawei Mate 30 counts with a battery lifetime that is just as good as the Huawei P30 Pro one.
