The Huawei P30 Pro features a bit superior CPU than Galaxy A20s, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei P30 Pro also has 2 GB more RAM.
The Huawei P30 Pro shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A20s, because it has a lot better (4K) video definition, a camera with a much higher resolution, a larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light images and a way larger back camera sensor shooting much better quality pictures and videos.
