The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) is a bit better than the Huawei P30 Pro, with an 85.2 score against 82.1. Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018)'s body is just a little lighter and a bit thinner than Huawei P30 Pro, although they were only released with a few months difference. Huawei P30 Pro has a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has a quite better 1080 x 2340 resolution, a bit bigger display and a just a bit more pixels per inch in the screen.
The Huawei P30 Pro features a bit better performance than Galaxy A9 (2018). They have a Octa-Core processing unit and 6 GB of RAM. The Huawei P30 Pro shoots much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Huawei P30 Pro also has a back-facing camera with a much higher 40 mega pixels resolution, a much bigger sensor shooting much higher quality videos and pictures and a larger aperture.
The Galaxy A9 (2018) has a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than Huawei P30 Pro, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Galaxy A9 (2018) also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB. Huawei P30 Pro has a little better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018), because it has an 11 percent larger battery size.
