Comparison review
Xperia XZ2 Premium has an overall score of 82.2, which is just a bit better than Huawei P30 Pro's global score of 82.1. Although it's the best phone in our current comparison, the Xperia XZ2 Premium is a somewhat heavier and extremely thicker phone than Huawei P30 Pro. The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a little bit better processing power than Huawei P30 Pro. Both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core CPU.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a lot better display than Huawei P30 Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution and much more pixels per screen inch. Xperia XZ2 Premium features a better storage capacity for apps and games than Huawei P30 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds up to 400 GB.
Huawei P30 Pro has longer battery duration than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 4200mAh battery size. Huawei P30 Pro shoots better photos and videos than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Huawei P30 Pro also has a way more megapixels back facing camera, a bigger diafragm aperture for better captures and videos in poorly lited situations and a way larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a lot higher photo and video quality.
