Comparison review
Google Pixel 2 XL has an overall score of 82.5, which is slightly better than Huawei P30's score of 81.7. Despite being the best device we are comparing here, we must highlight that it's also older, just a bit heavier and just a little thicker. The Google Pixel 2 XL counts with a little bit better screen than Huawei P30, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2880px and a better display density.
Google Pixel 2 XL and Huawei P30 both count with very similar storage capacity for games and applications, both have the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei P30 has a little better hardware performance than Google Pixel 2 XL, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei P30 also has a higher amount of RAM.
Huawei P30 counts with a bit longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 2 XL, because it has a 3650mAh battery capacity. Huawei P30 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Google Pixel 2 XL, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, the same (4K) video definition and a F1.8 camera aperture, the Huawei P30 also has a camera with much more mega pixels and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor providing a lot higher image quality.
In addition to being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Google Pixel 2 XL is also a lot cheaper, making it an obvious call.
