Huawei P30 is just a bit better than HTC U11, with a general score of 81.7 against 77.6. Huawei P30's construction is newer, a little thinner and a little bit lighter than the HTC U11. The Huawei P30 features a little bit better hardware performance than HTC U11, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P30 also has 2 GB more RAM.
HTC U11 features just a bit better screen than Huawei P30, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher screen density and a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution. Huawei P30 has a bit bigger storage to install applications and games than HTC U11, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 64 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Huawei P30 features a much better camera than HTC U11, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and videos, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Huawei P30 also counts with a lot bigger sensor and a back facing camera with way more megapixels.
Huawei P30 has better battery life than HTC U11, because it has a 3650mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
Although Huawei P30 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the HTC U11, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC U11. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the HTC U11, giving up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
