Comparison review
LG G8S ThinQ is slightly better than Huawei P30, getting a global score of 82.5 against 81.7. LG G8S ThinQ's body is a bit thicker and just a bit heavier than Huawei P30. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the LG G8S ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Huawei P30 has Android 10, counting with some nice extra features and enhanced performance.
LG G8S ThinQ has just a bit better hardware performance than Huawei P30. Both have a 6 GB RAM memory and 8 cores. Huawei P30 and LG G8S ThinQ have quite similar screens, because although the LG G8S ThinQ has a little inferior number of pixels per inch in the screen and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2248, it also counts with a quite larger screen.
The Huawei P30 captures much better videos and photos than LG G8S ThinQ, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture and the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei P30 also counts with a way more MP camera in the back. The LG G8S ThinQ has a superior memory to install applications and games than Huawei P30, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the LG G8S ThinQ also has a SD card slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
Huawei P30 counts with just a little better battery duration than LG G8S ThinQ, because it has 3650mAh of battery capacity instead of 3550mAh.
