Comparison review
Huawei P30 is a bit better than Motorola Moto G8 Power, having a score of 81.7 against 76. Both phones in this comparison include the same Android 10 OS, so both of them should provide very similar operating system features. The Huawei P30 design is noticeably thinner and somewhat lighter than the Motorola Moto G8 Power, despite of the fact that it was released about 13 months before.
The Huawei P30 has just a little better performance than Motorola Moto G8 Power, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Huawei P30 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Huawei P30 has a little more vivid display than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and a just a little more pixels per inch in the display.
Huawei P30 has a superior camera than Moto G8 Power, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for shooting photos and video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Huawei P30 also counts with a back facing camera with lot more MP and a much bigger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality.
Moto G8 Power counts with a greater storage for games and applications than Huawei P30, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports up to 512 GB. Moto G8 Power has a much longer battery duration than Huawei P30, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3650mAh.
Although Huawei P30 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Motorola Moto G8 Power, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Motorola Moto G8 Power. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Huawei P30, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Motorola Moto G8 Power, resigning a couple specs and features.
